Vet Bites offers a 14-day money-back period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How long you have

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. For monthly subscriptions, you can also cancel future renewals at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt to request a refund, or email us at contactvetbitesteam@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

Tutoring sessions

If a session cannot go ahead because a tutor does not attend, or a technical problem stops the session, we will rebook it at no extra cost or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. If something goes wrong with a session, please tell us and we will put it right. Refund requests made within 14 days of the order date will be handled under this policy.

Tutor joining fee

The one-off £20 tutor joining fee is covered by the same 14-day money-back period.

Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to every order.
